Aller Immobilien und Finanzierung
is your independent and expert broker of real estate and tailor-made loans in Dreifelden (Westerwald), centrally located between Cologne / Bonn / Koblenz / Wiesbaden in the West and Siegen / Wetzlar / Gießen in the East. Most of our customers come from this area, in special cases we also advise and support customers in other regions of Germany.
Professionalism, seriousness and discretion are a matter of course for us. However, our most important working principle is a fair and cooperative partner relationship with our clients. Real estate transactions and project financing - whether private home finance or commercial investment - are first and foremost a matter of trust. In this business, it's always about large amounts of money and valuable assets. When you commission us you can be sure that we will do everything in our power to ensure the rapid and sustainable success of your project.
Together, we will analyse your individual situation and your requirements and goals in a non-binding consultation. This "stocktaking" is the basis for all further measures and activities, which we, of course, coordinate with you. The primary goal of our work is the successful conclusion

To improve our efficiency and speed we cooperate with a number of selected partners, but as the owner of the company I, Wolfram Aller, am your direct and personal contact and companion in all phases of your project - from the joint development and definition of your requirement profile to professional mediation up to conclusion of the contract.

- 2000 to 2017: Finance Manager, Controller and Financial Consultant in three international corporations, most recently at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) in Cologne and Wiesbaden. Financial Consulting and Project Controlling in Germany (Cologne), England (London, Daventry) and France (Paris)
- until 2018: Further education and examinations, registered as a real estate agent and loan broker (§ 34c and §34i GewO) in 2019
